Black Olives
Black olives become black by oxidation using early flavouring method which is accepted worldwide. These olives are low-salted.
Tins - 10 kg, 5 kg, 3,5 kg, 1,8 kg, 800 gr, 400 gr
Green Olives
Olives are collected from the trees when they are green. They are flavoured with natural fermantation after processed with alkaline for debittering.

Natural Black Olives
Olives are collected from the trees when they are black. Olives are flavoured and maturized by natural fermantation with adding only water and salt.
